- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Appointment was at 2:45 Was told at 3:00 someone would see me shortly. 3:30 had to deal with a rude young woman taking my vitals and history 3:45 I finally walked out having only seen Dr. Vavrik long enough to shake his hand. As a doctor your staff is who your patients will first come in contact with, if aid staff is going to be rude, curt or entitled do not expect patients to wait for an hour after their appointment time to finally give up and leave.July 16, 2017by Robert Brumbelow
